3/5/2017 · We had friends over for dinner this weekend and I made shredded beef soft tacos and we had a bit of leftover meat and cheese. I had some mini street taco corn tortillas in the fridge and decided to re-create the Trader Joe’s mini beef tacos. They were so simple to make, took only 15 minutes to bake, and made my whole family happy.
